Bread course
Basic 1 day course £76 per person (including VAT)
Tuesdays & Saturdays 10am - 3.00pm
Learn the basic techniques to make excellent bread at home
or simply improve your bread making.
2 or 4 people for courses to run on any day
(or £100 for a 1 to 1 for the day if no others are available)
The course covers mixing & kneading techniques & shaping of loaves. Breads made on the day include breads made with white, wholemeal & pre-mixed special flours & foccacia made with a wet dough.
Courses are run between from October up to Easter (except January)
