He has been has been a Chef for 20 years working in Restaurants & Gastro pubs in Chester and London,
before moving to Cornwall & opening ’The Greenhouse Restaurant’ in St. Keverne on The Lizard with his wife Leonie.
He is a self taught baker & has been producing high quality breads for the last 4 years.
